Rad (Narad) received his name from Guru Dev Amrit Desai. He completed his 200-hour YTT in 2021 and went on to pursue the 1,000-hour Yoga Therapy program at SWIHA. Deeply inspired by “I Am” Yoga Nidra, Rad weaves together Yoga Therapy, Shamanic Reiki, Sound Healing, and Yin-inspired movement to create grounded, intentional practices that help reset the nervous system.

Kasey, a 200-hour RYT certified through Urban Yoga, has been practicing since 2016. A former military officer turned mini-farmer, he blends structure with warmth, drawing inspiration from nature’s rhythms. His classes encourage natural movement, self-acceptance, and growth, leaving students grounded, refreshed, and reminded it’s never too late to discover their inner voice through yoga.

Alex fell in love with the spiritual path years ago, and it transformed her life for the better. She is honored to guide others toward stillness and inner peace through Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Sound Healing. Known for her soothing crystal bowls and tuning forks, Alex creates safe, restorative spaces where students can release stress, embrace silence, and connect with the divine self within.

Savannah, a 200-hour RYT registered with Yoga Alliance, has been practicing yoga for over a decade. With a welcoming, heart-centered approach, she guides students through practices like Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin, helping each person connect deeply with body, mind, and spirit

Sean’s yoga journey began ten years ago under the shade of an apple tree, where his first practice sparked a lifelong passion. After completing his 200-hour teacher training at Urban Yoga in Phoenix, he now shares an inclusive practice for students of all ages. An Arizona native, Sean lives in Tempe with his wife of over 30 years.

Rachel has been practicing yoga since childhood and became a RYT 500 in 2020, later adding certification in the 26x2 Hot Yoga style. Her classes emphasize anatomy, alignment, and safety, reminding students that every body is unique. She teaches a range of styles including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra, blending approach

Carolyn is a RYT 500 and Trauma-Informed Certified yoga teacher with over 12 years of practice. Inspired by her grandfather’s healing through yoga, she completed advanced training with Soma Yoga Institute and Soul Work. She teaches accessible, heart-centered classes that integrate Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and themes for living yoga beyond the mat.

At the heart of Maureen’s teaching philosophy is the belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or mobility level. Her classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, mental clarity and emotional well-being. She has been practicing for over 20 years and holds a 500 RYT certification from Yoga Alliance and is a certified Yoga Therapist with IAYT.

Dawn is an Arizona native and 200-hour RYT certified though SWIHA. She discovered yoga and was immediately drawn to its ability to bring peace and balance into her life, both on and off the mat. As a new teacher, she’s passionate about creating an accessible and welcoming space for all.

Certified in Restorative Yoga, Nidra, and Yin, Kashuna guide

Kashuna is a yoga teacher dedicated to helping others find rest, balance, and healing through restorative practices. Since beginning her yoga journey in 2021, she has discovered the profound power of stillness to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create deep renewal.
