A calm and intentional way to welcome the new year without urgency or pressure.

These are not regular classes.
Each practice includes time for stillness, reflection, and rest that we don’t normally have in weekly classes. Journaling and Yoga Nidra allow insight and intention to emerge naturally, without forcing or fixing.
All levels welcome

• Non-heated studio
• Props provided
• Optional journaling (bring a journal if you wish)
• No sharing, no pressure
